Thick, lush trees frame the scene. In the center a red bridge provides a pathway over the still pond. Standing on the bridge, a young woman pauses to admire the delicate flowers beneath her before crossing to the other side.

The most important thing in the paragraph is the young woman admiring the flowers then crossing the bridge. This comes at the end of the paragraph, so the order is not "order of importance". It is sort of in chronological order in that the woman stands on the bridge, admires the flowers, then crosses the bridge in that order. But this does not seem to be the crux of how the paragraph is organized. What stands out is how the author sets the tone of the scene by laying everything out spatially. The lush trees frame the scene, the red bridge is in the center, the bridge is over the pond, the woman is standing on the bridge, the flowers are beneath the bridge, then she crosses to the other side. In every aspect of the paragraph the author writes about a spatial relationship.
