Reply:I was part of a cheerleading group that had the first Homecoming for the Youth Football Teams, we did it at Half-time for the Oldest group only, that way the younger ones had something to look forward too!

Have a ballot and have everyone vote for the King and Queen and then by age groups have them vote for the Princess in their own age group.

Then have a half time program and have the kids ride around the field in cars and wave. Or have them up on stage and have the little girls pick their own prince for the occassion. Have flowers for all the cheerleaders a small corsage, and change the corsage Queen and the Princess' so people know who is who. You can do that by different color ribbon! corsages now with magnets to hold them in place so, the kids don't have pins wih doing the Cheerleading! Have the Cheerleading Squads make posters for their Princess! Decorations would be, hard to put up on a field, maybe big balloons of the team colors for each game, you could change them out after each game and release them when you announce the princess for that group. Or give them to the Princess to release at the very end when the KING %26amp; QUEEN are announced, that way you don't have anything to pick-up and clean up afterwards.

Take pictures of the teams with a digital camera, there has to be a parent that is really into photography or possibly a local photographer would volunteer their services. I bet you already have the team pictures, just have each groups picture copied and reduced in size you could have all the names listed with astriks by the King %26amp; Queen and the Princess of each group. Include a little bit of history about each girl. You might find that a local printer would make the booklets for you. You could sell them for a small price and then have that money go to the next years Homecoming. Good Luck!
