When planting Hyacinths do the multiply by themselves?

Do they multiply by themselves? Which flowers multiply by themselves in order for me to save money?

When planting Hyacinths do the multiply by themselves?
Yes they do.In good soil with good drainage they will spread every year.
Reply:Tulips, glads, iris............these are all good..The hyacinths will spread slowly, but the colors aren't as bright and they loose some of their smell......
Reply:Most bulbs will multiply over time. The bulbs bud, forming new bulbs that can be left in place or dug up in the fall and planted elsewhere. Because you're buying the bulbs rather than a whole plant, they're a pretty affordable way to spruce up your landscape, especially since so many of them are spring bloomers when everything else is still grey and dead looking.

Tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, bluebells, these are just a few examples.
Reply:Day lilies multiply quickly. So does mums.
