Where should I order Valentine's Day roses from?

I'm planning to send roses to my girlfriend's office on Valentine's Day. I won't be able to deliver the roses myself, therefore I will have to rely on a flower shop or delivery service to bring them to her.

Are there any good options other than using a local florist near her office?

Your BEST option is a local florist. Please don't use one of those toll free or online services. My husband had flowers delivered to me through one of these services and the quality of the flowers was horrible. My friend had this same experience.
