Prom Flowers?
Typically a corsage is purchased for you by your date and he will pick the kind of flower. If you are w/o a date then you can pick your own corsage. You also purchase a boutonnière for your date. I would not recommend a bouquet as you will be dancing and it will be inconvenient. Pick any type of flower that you feel will match you and your date's outfits. Call your local florist and ask when you should order your flowers. If your prom is anytime soon you may be pushing their deadlines.

*I have seen some cute arrangements of lei's done for proms. That may be an alternative if you are doing Hawaiian theme.
Reply:The corsage is usually the girls option. Get one of sky blue to match your dress, and if you have a date then he should get a matching flower on his tux. I would start ordering flowers a week or two before prom better make it three. Then you or your date can pick up the flower the day of prom or the day before. If you pick it up the day before more sure it goes in the fridge.
Reply:if you are buying your own, you can pick any kind of flower you like! if your dress is sky blue, a white flower would be pretty. and probably a corsage simply because thats usually what girls wear. i would order it at least 2 weeks in advance and it will cost you between 15 and 30, depending on your flowers. if youre going solo, you can always forgo that outdated tradition of a corsage and just get some pretty flowers for your hair or something.
